Job summary

EE in Truro is seeking a friendly Sales Advisor to join our contact centre. You will take incoming calls from existing EE customers, helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband, and guiding them through our range of tech products.

You should be a great listener and fluent speaker, able to match customers with the right product. This is a 20-hour, part-time role with uncapped commission and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality is a plus.
• Outgoing and energetic personality helps in sales.
• Fluent in English and comfortable talking to customers.
