EE is hiring for a Sales Advisor in our Newcastle contact centre. You will take incoming calls from existing EE customers, helping them find the best phone and broadband deals and guiding them through our tech product range.

You’ll need to listen carefully, understand customer needs and match them to the right solution. You’ll join a lively team with the chance to earn uncapped commissions, receive strong benefits, and grow within EE and BT.

Qualifications

• Excellent listener and fluent speaker with ability to understand customer needs.
• Proven ability to sell and upsell in a contact-centre environment.
• Comfort with handling multiple product lines and promotions.
