Job summary

EE is hiring a Sales Advisor for our Newcastle-based contact centre. You’ll handle inbound calls from existing EE customers, helping them find the best deals on phones and broadband and guiding them through EE’s tech products. You’ll need to listen well, be fluent in conversation, and match customers to the perfect package.

You’ll join a lively team with training, support, and opportunities to grow. The role starts January 2027 with full-time hours, and a competitive package alongside incentives
