Plinth is hiring a Growth Marketer in London to own inbound growth, drive high-quality leads, and build processes that scale. You’ll collaborate with the Impact Lead on content and storytelling, turning attention into booked calls and measurable growth.

You will take newer products to market, expand into the US foundations space, and implement structured content strategies. AI-driven workflows will accelerate research, drafting, and automation.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing or paid ads and understanding marketing channels.
• Ability to own inbound growth metrics and report across teams.
• Experience building systems, content calendars, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own inbound lead gen end to end, turning audience into booked calls.
• Bring newer products to market.
• Build a US market starting with grantmaking foundations.
• Structure content and channels so decisions aren’t memory or luck-based.
• Collaborate with sales to align growth with the sales cycle.
• Move fast with AI, developing tools/workflows.
