Job summary

Gravita, a growing, tech-enabled accounting partner, seeks a marketing professional to join the Clients & Markets team. The role is based in Bristol or Oxford, with travel to London, and involves collaborating with marketing and business development professionals to drive growth.

You'll develop campaigns across channels, create thought leadership, manage stakeholder relationships, and help Gravita strengthen its market position while delivering measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Marketing professional with experience in a professional services firm.
• Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Strong project management skills; able to manage priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident stakeholder management with problem-solving and proactive approach.
• Charities sector or similar public sector knowledge is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing plans for Charities and MBS aligned with growth objectives.
• Identify market opportunities, trends and competitive insights to strengthen Gravita's position.
• Manage marketing budgets and measure ROI to maximise impact.
• Create and deliver integrated campaigns across digital, events, content, webinars, sponsorships and networking.
• Produce thought leadership and targeted content to raise brand awareness and generate opportunities.
• Build relationships with industry bodies, referrers and networks to support growth.
