Qualifications

• Experience in goods-in, warehouse administration, logistics or similar role is essential.
• Proficient with computer systems and administrative tasks.
• Able to work in a busy environment and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Booking in goods and deliveries into the site.
• Recording and processing incoming goods accurately.
• Booking out goods and ensuring outgoing items are correctly processed.
• Updating relevant systems and maintaining accurate records.
• Checking paperwork and delivery information.
• Liaising with warehouse and operational teams to ensure goods are processed efficiently.
• Supporting other areas of the warehouse/operation during quieter periods.
• Carrying out general administrative and operational duties as required.
• Following company procedures and maintaining a high level of accuracy at all times.
