Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking an outgoing outbound telesales representative who will contact small to medium sized UK companies that have requested information about employee benefits. You won’t make cold calls, and you’ll build relationships over the phone to understand needs and renewals.

Qualifications

• Be comfortable talking to company owners, directors and senior management on the phone.
• Be comfortable with targets, and working in a target driven environment.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Call small to medium sized companies to identify current employee benefits.
• Update our database with information on existing benefits for future prospecting.
• Pitch in-date or imminent benefits and promote Gallagher Employee Benefits Services.
