Loro Piana is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to support execution of brand-aligned visual merchandising in the London store, ensuring product presentation reflects the brand's identity and elevates the client experience.

The role focuses on translating collections and storytelling into compelling in-store visuals, coaching the store team and ensuring timely visual changes for launches and activations.

• Supports client journey by facilitating product discovery and store navigation.

• Promotes consistency and accountability in VM execution across the store.
• Acts as a role model for excellence in visual presentation.
• Oversees product display, rotations and layout to ensure consistency and impact.
• Plans and executes visual setups for new collections, launches and events.
• Acts as the reference point for VM standards, tools and best practices.
• Collaborates with Store Management and HQ teams to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
