Job summary

JD Sports is seeking an in-store visual merchandising advocate to create compelling product displays and window presentations. You will implement weekly briefs, refresh mannequins, and drive promotions across the store while supporting commercial objectives.

You will collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, coach teammates, and ensure high visual standards. A team-oriented, proactive approach will help enhance the customer journey daily.

Qualifications

• Visual merchandising or retail experience is advantageous.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate creativity and an eye for visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: follow weekly briefs and implement in store.
• Create engaging displays that enhance customer experience and support performance.
• Refresh mannequins and displays in line with seasonal trends and campaigns.
• Use POS materials to promote promotions and events.
• Analyse store data to inform product placement and floor moves.
• Maintain high visual merchandising standards store-wide.
• Training: share best practice and coach colleagues.
• Develop team through knowledge sharing and feedback.
• Communicate merchandising activity to Town Merchandiser and team.
• General: work professionally, safely, uphold hygiene and inclusivity.
