JD GROUP is seeking an in-store Visual Merchandiser to support the store team with engaging product displays, ensuring brand standards are met and promotions are effectively executed.

You will refresh mannequins, windows and interior displays in line with seasonal trends and campaigns, while analysing store data to optimise product placement and floor moves. Collaboration with colleagues is essential to drive performance.

Qualifications

• Visual merchandising or retail experience is advantageous.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrate creativity and an eye for visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising: Follow weekly visual merchandising briefs and implement these within your store.
• Training & Development: Support and share visual merchandising best practice with colleagues across the store.
• General: Work in a professional and collaborative manner, contributing positively to the success of the team.
• Role Objectives & KPIs: Strategically position merchandise to maximise visibility and accessibility, ensuring key products are effectively showcased.
• Execute promotional campaigns effectively to support sales and customer engagement.
• Maintain consistent visual standards across the store.
