• Collaborate with Store Manager to identify commercial opportunities and adapt visuals accordingly.
• Identify visual skill levels in the team and deliver hands-on training.
• Support the Store Manager with service-first initiatives and stock management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards for all visual merchandising.
