SÉZANE in London is seeking a creative Visual Merchandiser to uphold the brand’s image and present products engagingly. You’ll rotate racks, mannequins and walls to reflect product flow, organize work around the calendar, and collaborate with Headquarters to apply guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience as Visual Merchandiser in fashion/ready-to-wear is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with HQ and store teams to implement guidelines.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, trends and commercial priorities.

Responsibilities

• Be the guarantor of the Retail brand image.
• Guarantee optimal product presentation, in line with Sézane's DNA and commercial priorities.
• Offer customers an engaging and inspiring shopping experience.
• Ensure the rotation of racks, mannequins and walls in step with product flow.
• Organize your work around needs, priorities and the commercial calendar.
• Collaborate with Headquarters: apply guidelines and share photos.
• Report back to the Manager when guidelines need adaptation.
• Raise awareness and train teams in Visual Merchandising.
• Share and circulate VM information; maintain cross-manager communication.
• Oversee the scenography of the Apartment: manage furniture and materials.
• Take ownership of POS/merchandising materials; coordinate service providers.
• Act as project/works manager for displays and updates.
• Demonstrate passion for fashion and proactive, energetic collaboration.
• Be a Team Player contributing to store-wide objectives.

Reporting to the Manager and HQ VM Managers, your main responsibilities will be:

Be the guarantor of the Retail brand image.

• Guarantee optimal product presentation, in line with Sézane's DNA and commercial priorities
• Offer customers an engaging and inspiring shopping experience
• Ensure the rotation of racks, mannequins and walls in step with product flow
• Organize your work around needs, priorities and the commercial calendar

Collaborate with Headquarters.

• Apply the rack and mannequin guidelines defined by Headquarters
• Share high-quality photos of the results within the required deadlines
• Report back to the Manager whenever guidelines need to be adapted

Raise awareness and train teams in Visual Merchandising.

• Share and circulate VM information (focus points, VM standards, trends, etc.)
• Maintain ongoing communication with the various managers to best meet their expectations

Oversee the scenography of the Apartment.

• Ensure furniture is properly managed in the store
• Take ownership of POS and merchandising materials
• Manage and follow up with service providers (flowers, books, etc.)
• Act as project and works manager (window displays, product presentation updates, pop-ups, etc.)
• You have successful prior experience as a Visual Merchandiser in the ready-to-wear sector.
• Passionate about fashion, you have a good understanding of trends, you are proactive with suggestions, and have a strategic/commercial vision for products.
• Positive and creative, you feel the desire to share and develop your skills in an agile and energizing environment.
• Team Player, you enjoy participating in all activities contributing to the store's general objectives.
