Job summary

Dyson in New Malden is seeking a part-time Dyson retail expert for a Fri–Sun 18-hour shift. You will be the first touchpoint for customers, delivering an engaging, informative experience and showcasing Dyson technology through demonstrations and tailored recommendations.

You will help maintain an appealing store, manage stock, and work with teammates to ensure consistent customer journeys. Passion for technology and exceptional service is essential.

Qualifications

• Become an authority on Dyson products, understanding features, benefits and applications.
• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm, listening to needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Promote and demonstrate Dyson products to drive sales and excitement.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment with well-displayed products.
• Track inventory, restock as needed, report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external retail partners for a seamless experience.
