Job summary

Dyson is seeking a motivated Senior Operative for the Repair Team at our Chippenham site. You will diagnose faults, repair and service Dyson products across Floorcare, Beauty and Environmental Care, following defined Dyson policies and procedures.

The role runs 07:15–17:30, 4 days on, 4 days off, including weekends and bank holidays. You should be comfortable on your feet all day, able to follow diagrams, and focused on customer and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Understanding of technical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and service Dyson products returned by UK customers.
• Repair/rebuild returned customer machines according to Dyson policies and procedures.
• Refurbish products to Dyson quality standards.
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries and stock replenishment.
• Book in and dispatch using SAP/CRM/PCF and courier systems.
