Moss is seeking a Brand Ambassador to interact easily with a broad range of customers in-store, providing engaging styling options and exceptional service. You will identify customer needs and exceed expectations, supporting store KPIs through personal productivity and keen product knowledge across Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, and Ship from Store.

You will reflect Moss’s aesthetic in presentation, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive team environment with a passion

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, greeting and listening to customers while offering bespoke advice and selling professionally.
• Strive for high productivity to maximise sales and service goals and improve store KPI performance.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store to tailor the customer experience.
• Be aware of opportunities to improve store performance based on customer feedback and mystery shops.
• Assist with stockroom and back area housekeeping, deliveries, and stock/cash control procedures.
• Follow the Appointment process and ensure customers are contacted prior to visits and information is recorded.
