Moss Bros Group in Basingstoke is seeking a Brand Ambassador for 6 hours per week to elevate the in-store customer journey, greet customers warmly, assess needs quickly and offer engaging styling options. You will combine strong product knowledge across Hire, Custom Made, Retail and Alterations with Moss's service standards to drive customer satisfaction and store KPIs.

Qualifications

• Basic Product Knowledge involves understanding the features, benefits, and products available in the store.
• POS Systems encompasses familiarity with cash tills, credit card processing, and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience following Moss Essential Steps of Service.
• Maximise sales and service goals by seizing opportunities and elevating every interaction.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store.
• Utilise feedback from Feefo and Mystery Shops to improve service and customer experience.
• Assist store management with stockroom and back area housekeeping, stock handling, and cash control procedures.
• Follow the Appointment process using the appointed platform and record status information.
