Job summary

Moss is seeking a Store Customer Assistant to deliver outstanding service and promote Moss’ bespoke styling options. You will engage with customers, understand needs, and contribute to in-store performance through personal productivity.

You will work as part of a team to maintain stock, follow service steps, and promote the Moss experience across Hire, Custom Made, Retail, and Alterations services.

Qualifications

• Basic product knowledge of Moss offerings.
• POS systems familiarity with cash tills, credit card processing, and inventory management.
• Strong communication abilities to inspire, guide, and foster relationships with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience following Moss service steps, greeting and advising customers.
• Seek opportunities to maximise sales and service goals and elevate every interaction.
• Maintain strong product knowledge for Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations and Ship from Store to tailor the customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve store performance from customer feedback and Mystery Shop results.
• Assist with stockroom and back area housekeeping, deliveries, and stock/cash control procedures.
• Follow the Appointment process and ensure customers are contacted prior to visits with accurate status information.
