Qualifications

• Basic Product Knowledge involves understanding the features, benefits, and products available in the store.
• POS Systems encompasses familiarity with cash tills, credit card processing, and inventory management systems.
• Reflects the aesthetic of Moss through personal style and presentation.
• Excellent communication abilities to inspire, guide, and foster meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, following the Moss Essential Steps of Service, greeting customers and offering bespoke advice.
• Strive for high productivity, maximizing sales and services goals with each interaction.
• Maintain strong product knowledge for Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store to tailor the customer experience.
• Be aware of external opportunities to improve store performance and enhance service based on feedback from Feefo and Mystery Shops.
• Assist with stockroom and back area housekeeping, including receiving deliveries and stock handling.
• Follow the Appointment process using the appointed platform and record status information accurately.
