Job summary

Moss in Truro is hiring a Brand Ambassador to interact with a broad range of customers and provide an outstanding in-store experience. You will promote customer service excellence, understand customer needs, and present engaging styling options to encourage repeat visits.

You will work 8 hours per week as part of a flexible retail team, focusing on personal productivity and achieving store KPIs while representing Moss values and dress standards.

Qualifications

• Brand ambassador with a personable, professional approach.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to tailor styling options.
• Excellent communication to build relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experience per Moss service steps.
• Maximise sales and services goals with proactive engagement.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across Hire, Custom Made, Retail, Alterations, Ship from Store.
• Assist with stockroom tasks and stock control procedures to prevent losses.
• Follow appointment process using the platform and record status accurately.
