Kaboom Sports Trading Cards Ltd is seeking a creative Content Creator to join our in-store team. You'll capture the atmosphere, products and customers to craft engaging social content for TikTok and Instagram.

You’ll film, edit and publish short-form videos, stay ahead of trends and develop campaigns that boost visits and online engagement, while building a strong portfolio in a fast-paced hobby environment.

Qualifications

Creative and confident personality ready to get involved.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and short-form video content.
Natural eye for entertaining, engaging and shareable content.
Experience creating social media content, professionally or personally.
Good video filming and editing skills.
Knows how to craft a strong first 1–3 second hook.
Comfortable approaching customers to create content.
Proactive, energetic and full of ideas.
Able to work independently and spot content opportunities.

Responsibilities

Create engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories and other social content from inside the store.
Film and edit short-form videos to maximise views and engagement.
Identify trends and adapt viral formats to the brand.
Produce content around new products, launches and promotions.
Capture authentic content featuring customers and the store.
Approach customers and team members to create fun, natural content.
Generate ideas for campaigns, challenges and product videos.
Monitor performance and use insights to improve future content.
Stay up to date with social media trends and platform changes.
Edit videos with captions, transitions, music, hooks.
Maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
