Job summary

CLARK'S is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding consumer experience in-store while meeting set sales KPIs. You will drive sales of shoes and accessories, maintain high retail standards, and support in both front and back-of-house operations.

Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, customer-focused and able to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, ensuring security procedures and merchandising standards are followed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and keep product knowledge up to date.
• Help achieve store KPIs by contributing to sales at target levels.
• Maintain the sales floor and back-of-house to high retail standards.
• Be flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and public holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish stock as needed.
