Job summary

Clarks Outlet in Fleetwood is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store while delivering set targets and KPIs. Effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models.

Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house. We’re looking for someone who will deliver a brand experience, use technology to enhance the customer journey, and stay up to date with product

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and keep product knowledge up to date.
• Help achieve store KPI targets by delivering sales at target levels.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house to uphold high brand and retail standards.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and replenish stock as required.
