Job summary

Clarks is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Associate to provide a great consumer experience in store while delivering set targets and KPIs. You will effectively selling shoes and accessories through the delivery of the appropriate Clarks selling models.

Support in the day-to-day maintenance of high retail standards both front and back of house. We are looking for someone who will consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilizing technology to enhance the consumers'

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience using knowledge of products and technology to enhance the consumer experience.
• Support achievement of store KPI targets by selling at set levels defined by store Management.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas to uphold high brand and retail standards.
• Be flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish stock as required.
