Clarks in-store role focused on delivering a great consumer experience while achieving set targets. You will actively sell shoes and accessories using Clarks selling models and maintain high retail standards both front and back of house.

The position requires strong communication and customer service skills, stockroom organization, and adherence to health and safety procedures. You will represent the Clarks brand and support store KPIs through effective selling.

Formación

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to sell via product knowledge and benefits.
• Adequate stockroom organization and visual merchandising skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Provide a great brand experience and keep up-to-date product knowledge.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house to meet brand standards.
• Stock stock in the correct places and keep stockroom aisles clear.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures as trained.
• Represent the Clarks brand at all times.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures.
• Comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain an up-to-date personal development plan.
