Job summary

Clarks is looking for a reliable Sales Associate to provide an excellent consumer experience in-store and help achieve set KPIs. You will sell shoes and accessories, stay informed on product knowledge, and support in maintaining high retail standards both front and back of house.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Able to work a 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.
• Maintains high retail standards front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and utilise technology to enhance the customer journey.
• Support achievement of store KPI's by meeting sales targets.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house to uphold brand standards.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and replenish stock as required.
