B&Q Stafford is seeking a Customer Advisor on a permanent, part-time basis (12 hours per week). Shifts run Monday to Sunday, 7.00am–10.00pm. The role offers a notional UK hourly rate of £13.10 and is based at B&Q Stafford store.

You’ll become an expert advisor, helping customers with home improvement ideas, stocking duties, and maintaining attractive displays. Training in paint-mixing and timber cutting may be provided, with customer service as the main priority.

Qualificações

• Part-time role: 12 hours per week.
• Friendly, outgoing and eager to help customers.
• Able to work in a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with purchases and product advice to improve home projects.
• Assist with stock management, displays setup and ensuring the store looks presentable.
