Job summary

Dunelm is seeking a detail‑oriented Store Experience professional to bring our in‑store experiences to life through effective POS, signage and communications. You will work with Marketing, Store Operations and ITG to ensure a seamless, engaging shopping journey across our lifestyle, Local and Superstore estates.

You'll develop briefs, manage POS data and support store teams with clear implementation guides.

Qualifications

Experience supporting POS, in-store communications or visual merchandising.
Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and collaborative mindset across teams.

Responsibilities

Become an expert in critical paths, processes and systems for project launches.
Produce briefs, allocation sheets and POS requirements for creative partners.
Develop understanding of store formats and their POS/communication needs.
Create communication packs and implementation guides for store teams.
Maintain POS database and ensure accurate information for stores.
Collaborate with Store Operations, Marketing, ITG and other teams to deliver solutions.
Create assets from campaigns using Illustrator/InDesign; bring new ideas to life.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality POS materials.
