Job summary

The East Manchester Academy is seeking a Peripatetic Guitar Teacher to join our Music Department. This casual role involves delivering high-quality guitar tuition to students, in one-to-one and small-group settings, across varying ages and abilities.

You will inspire musical progression, support learners through to examinations and performances, and contribute to enrichment opportunities within the school community.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering guitar lessons one-to-one and in small groups.
• Ability to tailor lessons to varying ages and abilities.
• Experience in a school, music service or private tuition setting beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging guitar lessons to students of varying ages and abilities.
• Support beginners through to advanced players and prepare for performances and assessments.
