ABOUT THE ROLE
The In Room Dining Waiter is responsible for providing a warm welcome with friendly, professional service. In Room Dining waiters must multitask effectively to juggle all their responsibilities. They are responsible for providing guests with food and beverage services.
You will be responsible for ensuring any order in the room is delivered as per standard, exceeding guests’ expectations, replenishing the minibars as needed, taking orders from guests and delivering their requests to the kitchen staff. You will be typically working under the supervision of a supervisor, coordinator, assistant manager, and manager.
