Job summary

Nobu in London is seeking an In Room Dining Waiter to create a seamless, memorable room service experience. From ordering to delivery and collection, you will reflect Nobu’s crafted hospitality with warmth, attentiveness and precision, bringing the Nobu experience directly to guests in their rooms.

You will be responsible for courteous service, presenting kitchenware, anticipating needs and maintaining impeccable room presentation.

Qualifications

• Ideally you bring at least one year of experience as a waiter or waitress within luxury hospitality.
• You are confident, organised and attentive with excellent communication skills.
• You deliver a polished and personalised service to guests in-room.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine, friendly and attentive service from order to delivery and collection.
• Ensure kitchenware and dishes are spotless and presented before reaching the guest.
• Anticipate guest needs and create a personalised in-room dining experience.
• Handle feedback and resolve issues with confidence and discretion.

What We’re Looking For

Ideally you bring at least one year of experience as a waiter or waitress, preferably within luxury hospitality. You are confident, organised and attentive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver a polished and personalised service. Above all, you bring energy, professionalism and a genuine smile that makes each guest feel cared for in the comfort of their own room.
