We are seeking a talented and passionate In Room Dining Coordinator to join the In Room Dining department at the award-winning 5-Star deluxe hotel - The Connaught.

Located in Mayfair, The Connaught combines tradition with modern luxury. It features a bespoke service, a 3,000-piece art collection, the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Hélène Darroze at The Connaught, London’s only Aman Spa, and the renowned Connaught Bar, known for its exceptional mixology.

As an In Room Dining Coordinator, you will support the department to ensure smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities include managing guest calls, dispatching orders, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction through effective communication. A thorough knowledge of hotel amenities and food and beverage menus is essential.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service abilities. Flexibility, initiative, and organizational skills are crucial to maximize efficiency without compromising standards. Experience in a similar environment is preferred.
