Job summary

Connex Education Partnership in Leeds is seeking passionate Primary Tutors to provide personalised, face-to-face tutoring across KS1-2 in schools, homes, or community spaces. Sessions are conducted one-on-one or in small groups, tailored to each learner's needs.

You will build strong relationships, support exam preparation, track progress, and report to parents or teachers. QTS and a degree are preferred, with flexible hours Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in one or more academic subjects (Math, Science, English, etc.).
• Prior tutoring or teaching experience in KS1-2 is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in person.
• Build strong relationships with hard-to-reach pupils.
• Be supportive, non-judgemental and adapt teaching methods to student needs.
