Are you ready to be part of something game-changing in the renewable energy space?

We’re working with an innovative and fast-growing energy company at the forefront of Ireland’s renewable energy sector. As part of their ambitious growth, we’re looking for a real estate/property solicitor with previous experience of ROI property work to join this growing team.

This is a rare opportunity to gain unique in-house experience while playing a pivotal role in their growing in-house legal team. You will get exposure to interesting and high quality work, have an autonomous role but with the support of a growing in-house legal team and be an integral part of this exciting company. This role is based in their Belfast office but with hybrid working.

As this role also involves some general commercial contracts work there is also an opportunity to broaden your skills set beyond property work.

The Role!

You will work across the business providing specialist real estate advice and support to internal stakeholders across the business. Due to their expansion into the Irish market the real estate work will have a focus on ROI. Day to day this will include;

• Managing a busy caseload of commercial property matters to include leases, licences, option agreements and title due diligence
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial real estate docs and contracts
• Advise on compliance with Irish Law
• Instruct and manage external counsel as required on more complex matters
• Assist and contribute to the review of commercial contracts, construction contracts, NDA's and internal policies

You will be!

Ideally you will meet the following criteria;

• Qualified Solicitor (ROI/NI/England & Wales)
• 3 years PQE gained working within commercial property/real estate
• It is essential you have some previous experience/knowledge of working in ROI
• Strong legal drafting skills with experience of drafting commercial property docs
