About the Role:

Sellick Partnership is looking for a locum Adult Social Care Solicitor to join a large local authority on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected team.

Key Responsibilities include dealing with a range of ASC matters including:

• Court of Protection (COP)
• Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)
• Ordinary Residence
• Advising under the Care Act

Desirable Skills and Requirements:

• Previous experience in Adult Social Care
• Ideally previous experience working in a local authority
