Description

The In-house Property Solicitor will be:

• Providing advice on a variety of commercial property matters, including leases, rights of access and telecoms .
• Supporting the development and management of data centres
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
• Drafting and negotiating property-related agreements and contracts.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of legal processes and procedures.

Profile

The In-house Property Solicitor should be / have;

• A qualified solicitor with 2+ years' PQE in commercial property law.
• Experienced from either private practice or In-house
• Proficient in drafting and negotiating complex property agreements.
• Able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ties to West Yorkshire

Job Offer

• A competitive salary range of £55000 to £60000 per annum.
