Qualifications

• Minimum de 5 ans PQE en pratique des clients privés.
• Expertise en rédaction de documents de testament et de trusts.
• Capacité à gérer des cas de manière indépendante et efficace.

Responsibilities

• Conseiller sur un éventail de questions clients privés incluant testaments et trusts.
• Rédiger et examiner divers instruments juridiques.
• Surveiller les questions de conveyance résidentielle.

Job Description:

We are a progressive legal firm with a well-established presence across the South of England and South Wales. We are currently conducting a confidential search for a Senior Solicitor (Private Client) to join our team. This is a fully remote position. The successful candidate will take on a leading role in the delivery of high-quality legal advice, documents to colleagues (not members of the public).

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on, manage a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, probate, estate administration, and most importantly lifetime trusts and will trusts.
• Draft and review a range of legal instruments, including but not limited to lifetime trust deeds, deeds of variation and declaration of trust.
• Oversee residential conveyancing matters, relating to settling residential properties into will and lifetime trusts.
• Support training and development where required.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years PQE in private client practice, ideally within wills, tax and estate planning and probate team.
• Strong knowledge of trusts, particularly in relation to the creation, administration, and variation.
• Expertise in legal drafting, especially of will and lifetime trust documentation and estate planning structures.
• Ability to manage caseloads independently and efficiently, with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with case management systems and digital document platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
