Job summary

The Sammons Recruitment Group is seeking an In-House Pensions & Benefits Manager to lead UK & Ireland pension and benefits strategies. Hybrid role based in Berkshire, with offices 3 days per week, focusing on governance, delivery, and development of programmes across the UK and Ireland.

You will oversee DB and DC schemes, manage relationships with trustees and external partners, and drive auto-enrolment compliance, renewals, communications, and data-driven process improvements.

Qualifications

• Draw on extensive DB & DC pensions and benefits experience gained in consultancy and/or in-house.
• Up to date knowledge of pension legislation, benefit compliance and developing market landscape.
• Proven stakeholder management, project delivery, and vendor management experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
