The job would be well suited to someone either currently working in such a position, or to develop with minimum 2 years experience in defined benefit pensions and also client engagement experience. The specialist team focus on supporting organisations with the governance and management of workplace pension arrangements, providing the chance to work on varied projects, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted point of contact and ensuring services are delivered to agreed standards. Responsibilities include overseeing governance processes, coordinating projects such as regulatory updates and benefit equalisation, and providing clear, practical advice to senior stakeholders. You will also have opportunities to support business development activities, including preparing proposals and attending presentations, while helping to refine internal processes for greater efficiency and client satisfaction.
