Job summary

Anglian Home Improvements is seeking a detail‑oriented In‑House Paralegal to support our growing legal team with debt recovery and dispute resolution in a fast‑paced, nationwide environment. You will conduct legal research, draft and review contracts and corporate policies, manage case files and corporate records, and work with HR, Finance and Operations to ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of paralegal experience, a Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of paralegal experience in-house or corporate.
• Strong understanding of corporate and contract law with compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on corporate governance, compliance, and contract law.

• Manage case files, deadlines, and regulatory filings.
• Maintain and update corporate records including minutes and filings.

Join Our Dynamic In-House Legal Team! Are you a detail-oriented Paralegal with a passion for contract law and a desire to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment? Anglian is seeking a motivated and experienced In-House Paralegal to support our growing legal department with debt recovery and dispute resolution. This is a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a national multi branded company.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research on issues related to corporate governance, compliance, and contract law to support our legal team.
• Drafting & Reviewing Documents: Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
• Case Management: Manage case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with all filing and reporting requirements.
• Corporate Records Maintenance: Maintain and update corporate records, including minutes, resolutions, and filings with regulatory bodies.
• Contract Management: Support contract lifecycle management by organising and maintaining contract databases, tracking key dates, and ensuring adherence to contract terms.
• Compliance Support: Assist with the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs to ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments such as HR, Finance, and Operations to provide legal support and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Paralegal in a corporate or in-house setting.
• Education: Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certification.
• Skills: Strong understanding of corporate law, contract law, and compliance. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in legal research tools and contract management systems.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation.
