Ethos is seeking M&A managers with 4+ years running acquisitions, divestitures, or partnerships in-house to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board approval decks, target screening

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company.
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: board approval decks, target screening presentations, synergy analysis exhibits, deal update memos, integration planning decks, and pipeline review materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accuracy and clarity of materials for live transactions.
