Together leads on mortgages and secured loans across the UK from its HQ in Cheadle. We seek an experienced litigation professional to join our in-house Legal Team to manage a high-volume portfolio in a regulated financial services environment.

The role focuses on volume litigation strategy, supervision of junior team members, and analysis of MI to guide decision making. An ambitious candidate with a strong background in financial services litigation is preferred.

Competenze

• Experience managing litigation matters within a financial services environment.
• Experience progressing litigation files from strategy to outcomes.
• Strong drafting skills for court documents and litigation correspondence.
• Solid knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules and court processes.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of litigation matters from pre-action to final resolution.
• Progress day-to-day litigation strategy and outcomes across matters.
• Prepare pleadings, witness statements, and court documents.
• Monitor court deadlines and ensure procedural compliance.
• Produce concise case summaries, risk assessments and recommendations.
• Support settlement discussions and dispute resolution strategies.
• Assist with possession claims and enforcement of security.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and management of MI/insights.
