QED Legal seeks a Legal Counsel - Litigation (1-6 PQE) in Staffordshire to join a busy in-house team on a hybrid basis. You will manage a broad range of litigation and dispute matters, including preparing cases for court and settlements, and collaborate with external advisers.

This role offers early responsibility, exposure to complex disputes, and the chance to develop your legal and commercial skills within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years' PQE in litigation and dispute resolution
• Experience in County Court and High Court litigation
• Commercially minded with understanding of business impact
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage large and complex case files
• Proactive, organised with ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsabilités

• Manage and advise on litigation and dispute matters, including preparing cases for court or settlement
• Deal with commercial disputes and debt recovery matters
• Liaise with internal teams and third parties to understand and resolve disputes
• Manage relationships with external counsel and third-party providers
• Assist with management, reporting and progression of litigation matters
