Our client is looking for a lawyer or contracts specialist to manage customer, vendor, and business partner contracts. The position reports to a Senior stakeholder and General Counsel.

• Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts.

• Negotiation skills in high-value contracts.
• Experience with software or IT companies is essential.
