Our client is seeking a lawyer or contracts specialist responsible for managing customer, vendor, and business partner contracts. The role reports to a Senior stakeholder and General Counsel.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Significant experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts.
• Qualified Lawyer (Common Law Jurisdiction) with 3+ years PQE.
• Experience advising and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts.
• Experience with international contracts and contracts governed by foreign laws.
• Strong negotiation skills, especially for high-value contracts.
• Experience working within or with a software or IT company (Essential)
• Experience with software licensing, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS contracts (Essential)
• Ability to produce and present reports to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of global data protection laws, including EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA.
• Willingness to travel as needed to clients and offices, domestically and abroad.
