Job summary

Prodigy Studios in London is seeking an In-House Graphics Designer to lead visual identity across YouTube and social channels. You will craft graphics, thumbnails, motion graphics, and visual assets that strengthen the brand and engage audiences.

Collaborating with Producers, Directors and Editors, you will develop new formats and evolving looks for The Switch, The Set and The Postman, balancing creative concept with tight production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
• Proven experience as Graphic Designer or Motion Graphics Designer, ideally in sports/media.
• Strong portfolio of digital, social and motion graphics.
• Excellent understanding of YouTube thumbnail design and CTR impact.
• Typography, composition, color, hierarchy, storytelling.
• Strong creative instincts and ability to craft distinctive visuals.
• Ability to take a brief and translate into strong concepts.
• Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external graphics supplier to support workflows and delivery.
• Ensure consistency in graphics output across YouTube and social media.
• Define visual language for new shows, formats and brand integrations.
• Continually evolve visuals to keep Prodigy Studios distinctive.
• Create thumbnails that reflect talent personality and audience.
• Produce motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, transitions and visual effects.
• Develop opening titles, end cards, bumpers and stings.
• Create data visualisations and editorial graphics as required.
• Support launches and major content moments with graphics packages.
• Ensure all commercial graphics adhere to brand guidelines and deadlines.
