Job summary

Prodigy Studios is seeking an In-House Graphics Designer to lead visual identity across YouTube and social channels. You will craft thumbnails, motion graphics, titles and brand assets for The Switch, The Set and The Postman while collaborating with Producers, Editors and Social teams.

The role is hybrid (London) on a fixed-term 6-month contract with potential extension, and salary will be based on experience. You should bring a creative, fast-paced mindset and a strong portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience as Graphic Designer or Motion Graphics Designer, ideally in sports/entertainment/digital media.
• Strong portfolio showing digital, social and motion graphics work.
• Proven ability to design impactful YouTube thumbnails that drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external graphics supplier to support workflows and delivery across platforms.
• Maintain consistent graphics output for YouTube, social media, video content and promos.
• Define visual language for new shows, formats and digital properties aligned to brand and sponsors.
• Evolve visuals to keep Prodigy Studios distinctive and contemporary.
• Create graphics that reflect talent personality and audience appeal.
• Produce high-performing YouTube thumbnails and motion graphics across channels.
• Develop opening titles, end cards, stings and recurring graphic sequences.
• Ensure brand guidelines and deadlines are met in all commercial graphics.
