Job summary

Prodigy Studios is seeking an In-House Graphics Designer to lead the visual identity across YouTube and social channels. You will create high-impact graphics, thumbnails, motion graphics and brand-consistent visuals for The Switch, The Set and The Postman.

The role is hybrid in London, with responsibilities spanning video content, opening titles, stings, data visuals and promotional campaigns. A strong portfolio and sports/culture awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects.
• Experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Graphics Designer or Digital Designer.
• Strong portfolio of digital, social and motion graphics.
• Strong understanding of YouTube thumbnail effectiveness.
• Typography, composition, colour, hierarchy and visual storytelling.
• Strong creative instincts and ability to develop distinctive visual identities.
• Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines.
• Passion for sport and sports culture familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with external graphics supplier to support workflows and delivery of the graphics roster across platforms.
• Ensure consistency in graphics output across YouTube, social media, video content and promotional materials.
• Establish the visual language for new shows and digital properties against the YT platform, sponsors and brand integrations.
• Evolve visual output to keep Prodigy Studios distinctive and contemporary.
• Create graphics reflecting talent personality, brand and audience.
