Job summary

Prodigy Studios is seeking an In-House Graphics Designer to lead the visual identity across our YouTube and social channels. You will craft graphics for The Switch, The Set and The Postman, including thumbnails, motion graphics, and data visuals, working closely with Producers, Directors, Editors, and Commercial teams to align with storytelling and brand objectives.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Proven experience as Graphic Designer or Motion/Digital Designer, ideally in sports/entertainment.
• Strong portfolio of digital, social, and motion graphics work.
• Solid understanding of YouTube thumbnails and how design influences CTR.
• Excellent typography, composition, color, hierarchy, and storytelling.
• Creative instincts and ability to craft distinctive visual identities.
• Ability to translate briefs into strong creative concepts under deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics across YouTube, social media, and promo materials.
• Develop thumbnails, motion graphics, titles, lower thirds, transitions, and effects.
• Collaborate with Producers, Directors, Editors, Social Media, and Commercial teams.
• Ensure brand consistency and timely delivery for all graphics.
• Collaborate with external supplier to deliver graphics roster.
• Develop opening titles, end cards, bumps, and recurring sequences.
• Produce data visualizations when required.
• Evolve visual language for new shows and formats.
