Job Description:

In-house Employment Solicitor

Unique opportunity to join a well-known business as their in-house Employment Solicitor.

Candidates looking for part-time or full-time will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Undertaking a wide range of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including HR and Employee Relations, to provide employment law advice and draft employment contracts when needed
• Drafting and updating employment policies and procedures, and working on projects within the Group
• Managing Employment Tribunal claims up to preliminary hearings and instructing counsel thereafter

Qualifications and Skills:

• A qualified Solicitor with solid experience in Employment Law
• Experience advising in-house legal teams on employment law, either within an in-house setting or private practice
• Ability to build and maintain relationships across the group, providing clear and concise advice
