Job Description

The successful candidate will provide high-quality, efficient, and commercially focused legal advice across various matters, including dispute resolution, public law, statutory enforcement, and compliance/regulatory work. Key responsibilities include handling general litigation work, including property, landlord and tenant, and commercial dispute work, as well as advising on and managing judicial review and dispute resolution proceedings, including advocacy, arbitrations, and mediations (where applicable). You will also advise on:

• Data protection legislation and best practices
• Information law, including responses to Environmental Information Requests
• Governance matters
• Statutes/statutory instruments
• The regulatory framework and byelaws under which this body operates

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be a solicitor qualified in England & Wales with likely 5+ years of experience in:

• Public law legal team or
• An in-house legal team with a focus on contentious work
